EZ Books is an internal tool of EZ Trading Computers ("the Company"). It handles only the Company's own accounting data.
Accounting records from the Company's QuickBooks Online company: transactions, accounts, vendors, customers and reports.
Only to keep the Company's books, prepare reports for the Company and its accountant, and answer the Company's questions about its finances. Transaction details may be processed by the Anthropic API (Claude) to suggest categories and answer questions. The data is not used to train AI models under Anthropic's commercial API terms.
On computers and servers controlled by the Company in the United States. QuickBooks access keys are stored encrypted and are never published.
The data is never sold. It is shared only with the Company's own accountant and the service providers named above, and only as needed to keep the books.
Disconnecting EZ Books from QuickBooks Online stops all access. The Company can delete EZ Books' stored copies at any time.
